Job description
Infosys is hiring for Senior Technical Delivery Lead. We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Lead / Senior Engineer with 8–10 years of experience to drive end-to-end delivery of technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), modern technology stacks, and Agile methodologies, along with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Required Qualifications:Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 11 years of Information Technology experience.Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the Canada without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.Required Skills and qualifications:Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of technology solutions from requirement gathering to production deployment.Ensure adherence to SDLC best practices, including design, development, testing, release, and maintenance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, QA, and operations.Drive system integration, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines for smooth and automated deployments.Oversee change management processes and ensure minimal business disruption.Monitor application performance using tools like Dynatrace and Splunk.Ensure alignment with UI/UX principles and customer-centric design.Act as a technical mentor to engineering teams and guide best practices.Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders and manage risks and dependencies.8–10 years of relevant experience in software engineering and delivery leadership roles.Core Technical Requirements:Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Working knowledge of:Java-based applications and ecosystemsAPIs and Microservices (Microapps architecture)UI/UX design principlesSystem design and architectureSystem integration methodologiesCI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesMonitoring tools: Dynatrace, SplunkFamiliarity with Change Management processes in enterprise environments.Industry ExperiencePrior experience in one or more domains:Financial Services / BankingRetailWealth ManagementSecurities / Capital MarketsMethodologies & PracticesHands-on experience with agile frameworks:Scaled Agile (SAFe)Lean methodologiesKanbanAbility to drive Agile ceremonies and promote continuous improvement.Certifications (Preferred)Certified Scrum Master (CSM)PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner)SAFe CertificationPreferred skills and qualifications:Experience in large-scale enterprise transformationsExposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)Familiarity with observability, SRE practicesStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent stakeholder management and negotiation abilitiesProven ability to collaborate across teams and geographiesLeadership and problem-solving mindset.The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
