Job description
Step into a pivotal role as an Associate Director of M&A with Andromeda in Toronto. This hybrid position plays a crucial part in acquiring and leading vertical-market software companies worldwide. Your experience of 5-7 years in top-tier accounting or investment banking will be essential for navigating mid-market transactions. You will lead the execution of M&A processes, utilizing your expertise in financial analysis and modeling. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills will support your interactions with stakeholders and ensure successful deal closures. Key Responsibilities: • Direct M&A transactions from start to finish • Assess acquisition targets for strategic fit • Perform thorough financial analyses of potential deals • Build financial models to guide valuation decisions • Negotiate terms and manage due diligence processes Requirements: • 5-7+ years in investment banking or similar • 3-5 years specialized in mid-market transactions • Proven financial modeling proficiency • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • CPA, CA, CFA or MBA desirable Lead strategic financial initiatives and strengthen your M&A expertise through impactful work at Andromeda. #J-18808-Ljbffr
