Job description
Elevate your career as a Senior Legal Counsel at OpenText, specializing in commercial agreements within a hybrid work environment. Support dynamic technology solutions while negotiating critical contracts. OpenText seeks a Senior Legal Counsel to join our dedicated in-house team. This role will focus on negotiating and drafting commercial technology agreements, particularly related to cloud services and software licensing. Candidates are expected to provide strategic legal guidance while collaborating across various business units to ensure success in a rapidly evolving environment.
