Responsibilities
Cloud Infrastructure & Operations
- Design, build, and support cloud environments to create digital products.
- Monitor and assess application performance in cloud environments to ensure availability and reliability.
- Create, test, and implement safeguards to maintain data integrity and protect against unauthorized access.
Cloud Engineering & Automation
- Create, manage, and maintain AWS and cloud-based production systems.
- Deploy and automate packages and releases for cloud-based systems.
- Design, maintain, and manage automation tools for operational processes.
- Define and deploy monitoring, logging, and metrics solutions on AWS platforms.
Amazon Connect & Contact Center Solutions
- Design, develop, and implement Amazon Connect cloud-based contact center solutions.
