DevOPS / Cloud Engineer

Responsibilities

Cloud Infrastructure & Operations

• Design, build, and support cloud environments to create digital products.
  
• Monitor and assess application performance in cloud environments to ensure availability and reliability.
  
• Create, test, and implement safeguards to maintain data integrity and protect against unauthorized access.
  

Cloud Engineering & Automation

• Create, manage, and maintain AWS and cloud-based production systems.
  
• Deploy and automate packages and releases for cloud-based systems.
  
• Design, maintain, and manage automation tools for operational processes.
  
• Define and deploy monitoring, logging, and metrics solutions on AWS platforms.
  

Amazon Connect & Contact Center Solutions

• Design, develop, and implement Amazon Connect cloud-based contact center solutions.
