RESPONSABILITÉS

Sous la supervision du Contrôleur divisionnaire, le titulaire du poste aura les responsabilités suivantes :



  • Effectuer les tâches requises pour les fermetures de mois des contrôles de coûts incluant l’analyse de la rentabilité et des projections des différents mandats en cours;

  • Création de projet dans le module de contrôle de coût ;

  • Effectuer les conciliations de revenus prévus mensuellement ;

  • Répondre aux demandes ponctuelles des gestionnaires de projet et les assister dans leurs tâches d’analyse ;

  • Compiler des données, produire des tableaux de suivis et en faire l’analyse ;

  • Effectuer la saisie des budgets, des quantités, des contrats de sous-traitance, des avenants et des modifications de budget dans le système ERP et effectuer des recommandations lorsque des problématiques surviennent ;

  • Donner les accès dans le système ERP au personnel approprié et procéder à l’ouverture des codes de coûts dans les différents projets ;

  • Effectuer le suivi et l’archivage des documents contractuels ;

  • Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe pour assurer le bon déroulement des activités du département.







Requirements





EXIGENCES



  • Être titulaire d’un diplôme d’études collégiales en administration, comptabilité, finance ou tout autre diplôme connexe ;

  • Détenir un minimum de 5 années d’expérience pertinente ;

  • Maitriser la suite Office (Excel intermédiaire) et Adobe ;

  • Capacité à s'exprimer en anglais (parlé et écrit, niveau intermédiaire) ;

  • Expérience avec un système ERP (un atout).
