Job description
Un cabinet de comptables professionnels agréés bien implanté sur la Rive-Sud de Montréal est à la recherche de son prochain talent pour le rôle de Directeur(trice) adjoint(e) comptable!

  • Poste permanent à temps plein (37,5 h/semaine) ;
  • Salaire compétitif pouvant aller jusqu’à 110 000 $ et plus, selon ton expérience ;

Tes futures responsabilités :
  • Planifier, exécuter et réviser des mandats de compilation, d’examen et d’audit ;
  • Préparer et réviser des déclarations de revenus (T1, T2, T3) pour différents types de clients ;
  • Superviser les analystes et responsables de dossiers : assigner les tâches, encadrer, répondre aux questions ;
  • Fournir des rétroactions constructives, en continu ou à la fin des mandats ;
  • Gérer les budgets de temps des mandats, prévoir la facturation et faire les suivis nécessaires ;
  • Assurer la qualité des livrables et le respect des normes comptables et déontologiques ;
  • Gérer plusieurs dossiers en simultané, tout en respectant les échéanciers internes et ceux des clients ;
  • Rapporter les enjeux aux directeurs principaux ou associés concernés ;
  • Entretenir une relation de confiance avec les clients et les membres de l’équipe ;
  • Représenter le cabinet avec professionnalisme, intégrité et discrétion.


Profil

Profil recherché :
  • Minimum de 4 ans d’expérience pertinente en cabinet comptable au Québec ;
  • Baccalauréat en comptabilité ou toute autre combinaison formation/expérience pertinente ;
  • Titre de CPA (un atout) ;
  • Très bonne maîtrise du français (parlé et écrit) ;
  • Bonne connaissance des logiciels Caseware, Caseview, Taxprep, Paradigme (atouts) ;
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office ;
  • Rigueur, autonomie, esprit analytique et jugement professionnel ;
  • Excellent sens de l’organisation et gestion efficace des priorités ;
  • Aptitudes marquées pour le travail d’équipe et la communication.
