Overview

The Transport Coordinator can be based out of our world class manufacturing facility in Delta, BC or Calgary, AB. This role is a 6-month contract, starting July 1, 2026 until December 31, 2026.

Total Compensation: $44,700 - $72,770


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate outbound shipments, including scheduling with both PepsiCo drivers and third‑party common carriers.
  • Manage shipments to/from third‑party warehouses, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Develop and maintain transportation driver schedules to support daily operational needs.
  • Utilize SAP to extract data, analyze operational performance, and communicate key insights.
  • Collaborate closely with Supply Planners and Plant Operations to effectively plan shipments and navigate daily supply chain challenges.
  • Track backhaul activity and accurately report associated revenue.
  • Work with multiple data sources to extract, organize, and prepare information for safety, operational, and financial reporting.
  • Monitor, track, and report carrier costs, ensuring accuracy and visibility to support cost management.

Qualifications

  • Completed a degree in a Supply Chain, or similar program considered an asset.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and an ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Proven problem solver and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to work a flexible off shift schedule: including early mornings, evenings,
  • Capable of working both autonomously and in a team setting
  • Initiative, a positive attitude and the ability to manage through change.
  • Collaborative team-player with a “roll-up your sleeves” approach
