Since it's inception, Atmosphere has grown to serve much of British Columbia and has become one of the largest floor & tile dealers in the regional commercial construction market while maintaining the familial service it's residential clients have come to know and love. Job Description:
Site Managers at Atmosphere Flooring Solutions are an integral and central part of the Commercial Construction team.
The primary function of Site Manager is to ensure projects are installed in a timely and professional manner. This involves gaining an understanding of project requirements and working with installation crews to ensure requirements are met. The site manager will report directly to the Field Manager. The Site Manager will work closely with Project Managers and Project Coordinators to become familiar with all project requirements, including schedule and budget. The Site Manager will be Atmosphere’s representative on site and communicate closely with project superintendents to ensure installation is meeting the client’s expectations. Ideal candidates for Site Managers tend to be highly organized, strong communicators who work methodically with attention to detail and are comfortable adapting to unique requirements of each project.
