Chez ProgressionLIVE, une compagnie faisant partie de la famille Valsoft, nous développons une application web et mobile qui aide les entreprises à planifier, gérer et suivre en temps réel leurs interventions sur le terrain. Description

En rejoignant ProgressionLIVE comme vendeur(se), vous contribuerez directement à la croissance de l’entreprise. Vous incarnerez notre solution auprès des clients, dans un rôle à la fois dynamique et orienté sur les résultats.

  • Prospection active : identifier de nouvelles opportunités, contacter des entreprises cibles et développer un réseau solide à Montréal et en Outaouais.
  • Rencontres clients : démarcher et rencontrer proactivement des prospects pour comprendre leurs besoins et bâtir des relations de confiance, échanger avec des entreprises de services, de construction, de transport ou encore de gestion immobilière, qui cherchent à optimiser leurs opérations.
  • Démonstrations personnalisées : présenter la solution ProgressionLIVE de façon claire et convaincante, en mettant en valeur ses avantages concrets (gain de temps, réduction des erreurs, meilleure rentabilité) adaptés à chaque secteur.
  • Négociation & conclusion : transformer les opportunités en ventes réussies grâce à ton sens de la persuasion et ta capacité à démontrer la valeur de la solution.
  • Suivi et fidélisation : assurer une expérience client de qualité après la vente, maximiser la satisfaction et générer de nouvelles opportunités d’affaires.
  • Contribution à la stratégie : partager ton feedback terrain avec l’équipe marketing et produit pour améliorer nos approches et adapter notre offre aux besoins réels du marché.
  • Atteinte des objectifs : gérer ton pipeline efficacement, tenir ton CRM à jour et atteindre les cibles fixées.

Ce qu’on recherche

  • Bilinguisme (français & anglais) : nos clients sont partout au Canada, tu devras échanger autant en anglais qu’en français en personne, lors d’appels, courriels et présentations ;
  • Expérience en vente B2B, idéalement en prospection terrain ;
  • Autonomie, persévérance et excellente capacité de négociation ;
  • Organisation et rigueur pour gérer plusieurs opportunités à la fois ;
  • Permis de conduire valide + disponibilité pour des déplacements fréquents à Montréal et en Outaouais ;
  • Aisance avec les outils numériques (CRM, présentations, vidéoconférence).

We are growing rapidly and looking for a motivated bilingual sales representative to join our team and reach out to new clients.

Description

By joining ProgressionLIVE as a sales representative, you will contribute directly to the company's growth. You will embody our solution in front of clients, in a role that is both dynamic and results-driven.

  • Active prospecting: Identify new opportunities, contact target companies, and build a strong network in Montreal and the Outaouais region.
  • Client meetings: Proactively reach out to and meet with prospects to understand their needs and build trust-based relationships, engaging with service, construction, transportation, and property management companies looking to optimize their operations.
  • Personalized demonstrations: Present the ProgressionLIVE solution in a clear and compelling way, highlighting its concrete benefits (time savings, error reduction, improved profitability) tailored to each sector.
  • Negotiation & closing: Turn opportunities into successful sales through your persuasive skills and your ability to demonstrate the solution's value.
  • Follow-up and customer retention: Ensure a high-quality post-sale experience, maximize customer satisfaction, and generate new business opportunities.
  • Strategic contribution: Share your field feedback with the marketing and product teams to improve our approach and adapt our offering to real market needs.
  • Hitting targets: Manage your pipeline effectively, keep your CRM up to date, and achieve set goals.

What we're looking for

  • Bilingualism (French & English): Our clients are located across Canada — you'll need to communicate in both French and English in person, on calls, in emails, and in presentations.
  • B2B sales experience, ideally in field prospecting.
  • Autonomy, perseverance, and excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail to manage multiple opportunities at once.
  • Valid driver's license + availability for frequent travel to Montreal and the Outaouais region.
  • Comfort with digital tools (CRM, presentations, video conferencing).
