Here is what a typical day looks like
- Invoice Insurance transactions (measured by pace per hour)
- Review electronic files for accuracy and completion
- Data entry for client files
- Maintain speed and accuracy requirements
- Meet and or exceed data entry daily Pace targets
- Follow up on activities as assigned
The value you bring
- General Level 1 Insurance License
- Prior experience in the Insurance Industry is an asset
- Proficient computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple computer programs at once
- Working experience with EPIC is an asset
- Hard Wired - High Speed Internet in a dedicated workspace is essential
Role Details
- Hours/Duration:Full-time 37.5 Hours / week Monday - Friday schedule with core hours shifting between 8-4 or 9-5 in your time zone Saturday-Sunday schedule (dependent on the needs of the business)
- Location: Remote options available across Canada
- Company computer, monitors, keyboard, and mouse are all provided
- Our Customer Enablement Team is required to submit time off requests within our vacation allocation standards to support proper staffing.
