Ltd., is building India's next-generation clean energy ecosystem by helping MSMEs, industries, and institutions transition to solar energy. Our mission is to accelerate solar adoption, reduce energy costs, and contribute towards a sustainable, low‑carbon future.
Position Overview As a Solar Energy Advisor, you will play a key role in helping customers understand and adopt solar energy solutions. You will engage with prospective customers, conduct virtual consultations, educate them about the financial and environmental benefits of solar, qualify opportunities, and coordinate with our Solar Energy Consultants for site visits and project closures. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, solving problems, and building a meaningful career in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement – Connect with prospective customers through phone calls, video meetings, and digital channels. Understand customer requirements, electricity consumption patterns, and energy challenges. Build strong relationships and maintain regular communication.
Virtual Solar Consultation – Educate customers about solar energy systems and their benefits. Explain electricity bill savings, return on investment (ROI), and available government schemes. Conduct professional virtual consultations and address customer queries.
Lead Qualification & Follow‑Up – Qualify leads based on predefined criteria. Maintain timely follow‑ups with interested prospects. Schedule appointments and site visits for qualified opportunities and hand over leads to the Solar Energy Consultant team.
CRM & Data Management – Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow‑up activities. Update lead status and customer information in CRM systems. Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.

Site visits scheduled
Lead‑to‑opportunity conversion rate

Eligibility Criteria
Education – Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, B.Tech, MBA, or equivalent preferred)
Experience – Freshers are welcome. Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in customer engagement, sales, business development, tele‑calling, or client servicing will be preferred.
Skills Required
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi
Basic English communication skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities
Confidence in conducting phone and virtual conversations
Good listening and problem‑solving skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
Self‑motivated with a willingness to learn and grow
What We Offer Compensation: CTC ₹2.4 LPA – ₹3.6 LPA + Performance‑Based Incentives.
