We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager based in Europe with a proven record of successfully leading and delivering intricate projects within large enterprise settings. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of orchestrating the planning, execution, and fruition of Hedera-focused initiatives that catalyze innovation and advancement for our enterprise clients. Your strategic acumen, exceptional leadership, and profound knowledge of the Hedera ecosystem will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless integration and implementation of cutting-edge solutionsYour responsibilities

Enterprise Strategy & Account Management

• Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and clients to decipher their business objectives, identify opportunities for integrating Hedera Hashgraph, and devise strategic project roadmaps that harmonize with overarching enterprise goals
• Hedera-focused strategic collaboration: Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and clients to decipher their business objectives, identify opportunities for integrating Hedera Hashgraph, and devise strategic project roadmaps that harmonize with overarching enterprise goals
• Client Relationship Management & Support: Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, addressing inquiries, resolving challenges, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction through proactive communication and support
• Financial Oversight & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Oversee account budget, contracts, and risks while coordinating with internal teams to deliver accurate, timely solutions and drive account success
  
  

Project Leadership & Management

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams (e.g. developers, designers, business analysts) to guarantee project success from its conceptualization to final delivery, adhering strictly to scope, time, budget and quality
• Facilitate workshops, status meetings and steering committees with various internal & external stakeholders across different levels of the organisation from specialist teams to executive management
• Define comprehensive project plans including tasks, milestones, resource allocations, and timelines. Forecast potential obstructions and proactively institute strategies for circumventing them
• Identify and evaluate project risks as well as their potential impact, and define risk mitigation strategies. Monitor project advancement and revise strategies as necessary to secure project success
• Establish and nurture transparent communication channels with internal and external stakeholders, furnishing regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables
• Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional advancement within the project management cadre

Your qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, focused on large enterprises
• Professional certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.)

Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities, including the ability to explain/ communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
