Notre client est à la recherche d'un(e) Consultant(e) SAP WorkForce Software (WFS)

Contexte

Dans le cadre de l’implémentation et de l’évolution de solutions SAP WorkForce Software (WFS), nous recherchons un(e) consultant(e) spécialisé(e) en Workforce Planning, Capacity Management et/ou Time & Attendance. La personne interviendra sur des projets de configuration, d’optimisation et d’intégration de la solution auprès de notre client.

Responsabilités principales


  • Analyser les besoins fonctionnels des clients en matière de gestion des temps, des présences, et de la planification des effectifs
  • Configurer et paramétrer la solution SAP WorkForce Software, notamment :
  • Policy Editor
  • Règles de gestion et langage de formules
  • Participer aux activités de conception fonctionnelle et technique
  • Réaliser les tests (unitaires, intégrés, UAT) et accompagner les mises en production
  • Collaborer avec les équipes RH, Paie et IT
  • Participer au support post-déploiement et aux activités d’amélioration continue
  • Contribuer à la documentation fonctionnelle et technique
Compétences requises Techniques


  • Bonne maîtrise de SAP WorkForce Software (WFS) :
  • Workforce Planning et Capacity Management ou
  • Module Time and Attendance
  • Très bonne aisance avec le Policy Editor, incluant :
  • La configuration des règles
  • Le Formula Language
  • Compréhension des processus RH et Paie
Atouts


  • Expérience avec les intégrations RH et Paie, notamment :
  • SAP SuccessFactors
  • SAP ECP (Employee Central Payroll)
  • Connaissance des flux d’intégration (interfaces, fichiers, API)
  • Expérience dans des environnements multi-pays ou multi-conventions collectives

Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
