Job description
Take on the leadership of the Practical Nursing program at Saskatchewan Polytechnic in Prince Albert. In this role, you will oversee academic influence and program development. The Program Head collaborates closely with the academic chair to provide support and resources to faculty and students. In addition to facilitating curriculum development, this position also manages budgets and fosters relationships with key stakeholders. Recent experience in clinical education is essential for effective program administration and staff mentoring. Key Responsibilities: • Lead curriculum development and program assessment • Coordinate with industry and educational partners • Ensure effective student recruitment and retention • Recruit and develop faculty through focused mentoring • Manage program budgets and resources effectively Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related area • Active CRNS registration status required • At least two years of clinical teaching experience • Current TLR certificate at participant level • Proven leadership and problem-solving skills Enhance the Practical Nursing program through effective leadership, curriculum innovation, and strong organizational communication. #J-18808-Ljbffr
