Une journée typique chez Vitreco
· Coordonner toutes les communications entre l’entreprise, les entrepreneurs généraux et tout autre client/sous-traitant en lien avec les contrats assignés
· Assister les gestionnaires et chargés de projet avec les documents nécessaires à la conformité du contrat de construction
· Avoir une connaissance poussée des contrats de construction et assurer le respect des clauses par les parties prenantes
· S’assurer que les réponses, paiements et/ou livrables sont rendus dans les délais prescrits
· Faire des suivis serrés auprès des parties prenantes afin d’assurer le respect des clauses
· Gérer des contrats en anglais et en français
· Agir en tant que personne ressources en matière légale pour les contrats de construction
· Faire le lien avec les équipes juridiques de Vitreco et Flynn.

Ce que nous recherchons)
· Diplôme post-secondaire (technique ou +) dans un programme d'assistant juridique, de parajuriste ou dans un domaine connexe.
· Compétences organisationnelles supérieures
· Très grand souci du détail.
· Maîtrise de la suite Office et d’Adobe.
· Excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite autant en français qu’en anglais. Fréquence d'utilisation de la langue anglaise au quotidien: 50% - Communiquer par courriel, téléphone ou visioconférence avec d'autres membres du groupe Flynn à travers le Canada. Lecture et interprétations de documents légaux (contrats) en anglais provenant du bureau chef à Toronto.
· Capacité à assurer la liaison avec une grande variété de personnes.
· Maintenir un haut niveau de confidentialité et de professionnalisme.
