Job description
Join Edon Management as a Property Manager in Calgary, AB, and lead building operations for healthcare facilities. This role requires expertise in facilities management and strong client service.

In this full-time, permanent position, you will manage all aspects of a commercial building portfolio, ensuring safety and compliance with contract obligations. Key skills include budget management and leadership of site teams. Your role will enhance tenant relations and ensure operational excellence across assigned sites.

Key Responsibilities: • Ensure compliance with facility operations and client needs • Lead site teams and maintain subcontractor performance • Manage building repairs and preventive maintenance • Prepare and monitor annual budgets for efficiency • Conduct inspections and participate in emergency response

Requirements: • At least 5 years of management experience • Required RPA or FMA certification • Strong background in building systems and operations • Excellent communication and client-focused approach • Clean driver’s abstract is necessary
