Job description
Become the Strategic Director of Revenue Operations at Novisto, focused on unlocking revenue growth through optimized customer lifecycle management. Drive coordinated efforts across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development of a unified revenue operations strategy that impacts the entire GTM model. Your leadership will guide data integrity and accessibility while optimizing technology to enhance seller productivity. This is a 7–10+ year role for a results-driven leader who excels in creating scalable systems and frameworks. Key Responsibilities: • Establish cross-functional processes that drive revenue • Build dashboards for monitoring pipeline and growth metrics • Ensure systems support seamless data flow across teams • Develop high-performing Revenue Operations teams • Collaborate on optimizing territory and quota settings Requirements: • 7–10+ years in Revenue Operations or leadership roles • Deep expertise in GTM processes and software • Strong analytical abilities and experience in BI tools • MBA or advanced degree is preferable • Relevant experience with revenue technology ecosystems Join Novisto to innovate revenue strategies and enhance operational excellence. #J-18808-Ljbffr
