But this isn't traditional CRO.

We're looking for a senior-level strategist who can operate as a genuine peer within the team. Someone who brings strong ideas, commercial thinking, and clear opinions - not someone waiting to be handed a testing backlog.
You should be comfortable owning strategy, challenging assumptions, and explaining your thinking directly to clients.
