Job description
Join ADP Canada as the Director of Product Enablement Leadership, guiding product strategy for operational excellence and client experiences. This role demands innovation in a rapidly growing market. You will report to the Sr. Director of Business Enablement, focusing on advancing strategies that engage clients through effective product use. Your leadership will involve collaboration with diverse teams to ensure an integrated roadmap. This role requires strong program management capabilities and experience in digital transformation. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and coordinate product-related initiatives • Monitor and report on product delivery timelines • Facilitate cross-functional communication and conflict resolution • Guide project managers to achieve operational success • Identify digital innovation opportunities for clients Requirements: • At least 8 years' product management experience • HCM industry background is advantageous • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel • Strong communication and persuasion skills • Capacity to manage multiple projects effectively Spearhead product enablement and ensure success for ADP Canada through innovative leadership. #J-18808-Ljbffr
