DescriptionAt Lufa Farms, we're on a mission to create a better food system and a huge part of this is achieved by growing food where people live, and growing it responsibly. We also partner with hundreds of local farmers and foodmakers to offer a full lineup of fresh, local, responsible groceries through our online Marketplace, an ecommerce site we developed in-house. To bring our Product 2.0 vision to life, we're looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager.This role redefines what it means to be a Product Owner at Lufa Farms. You won't just understand business needs and write requirements - you'll operate as a full-stack Product Owner who translates business needs into AI-powered automated solutions. You'll work at the intersection of product, engineering, and AI, leveraging modern tools to deliver end-to-end automation rather than simply coordinating the delivery of tools.Responsibilities•Translate business needs into end-to-end automated solutions, not just feature specs;•Use AI to prototype, validate, and ship solutions autonomously when it accelerates the outcome;•Own the roadmap for a product domain, from discovery through delivery to impact measurement;•Partner closely with engineering, operations, and business teams to identify processes ripe for automation;•Write clear requirements and work directly on data flows, no-code/low-code tools when that's the fastest path to value;•Measure the impact of shipped solutions and iterate quickly;•Help shape our Product 2.0 culture and level up the team on AI-powered approaches.Requirements•5+ years of product management experience, ideally with a technical background (software engineering, data, or equivalent);•Demonstrated fluency with generative AI tools and AI-powered workflows (LLMs, agents, automation);•Ability to read, write, or modify SQL at minimum, ideally Python or JavaScript;•Track record of translating complex business needs into measurable technical solutions;•Builder's mindset: you ship, you don't just coordinate;•Strong collaboration skills across engineering, operations, and business teams;•A strategic mindset that connects product decisions to long-term business outcomes.Schedule•Full time (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday.Benefits•You'll be eligible to participate in the firm's health insurance, dental, and disability programs after completion of a probationary period (paid 50% by the employee and 50% by Lufa Farms);•Access to TELUS Health Virtual Care and the Employee and Family Assistance Program;•30% discount on your Lufa Farms basket.
