Job description
Elevate your retail career at The Home Depot with a part time role in Plumbing and Electrical Sales in Nepean, Ottawa. Deliver exceptional customer service by guiding shoppers on project solutions and product knowledge.

In this part time position, you will engage with customers, assess their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations. Key Responsibilities: • Ensure customer satisfaction using Home Depot's GET Model • Maintain knowledge across departments and services • Follow safety and loss prevention policies • Communicate effectively to enhance customer focus • Actively seek out customers throughout the store

Requirements: • High School Diploma or equivalent • 1 to 2 years of retail or trade experience • Strong interpersonal skills • Ability to lift and move items as required • Flexible schedule availability including weekends
