Job Opportunity : We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Lead (Intervenor Services Coordinator or ISC) to join our team of front‑line supervisors in Welland, ON. Reporting to the Manager of Intervenor Services, you will supervise a team of 10–15 Intervenors in Residential and Community programs, ensuring strong team environment, program delivery, and person‑centered care.

Key Activities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations for assigned individuals.
• Supervise Intervenors, acknowledging excellent performance and addressing concerns.
• Ensure program quality and care standards are met, supporting Intervenor performance.
• Provide on‑call support as required, bi‑weekly to monthly.
• Address inquiries, advocate for the needs of individuals and their families, and provide guidance.
• Recruit, hire, orient, and train new Intervenors.
• Schedule and conduct team meetings, progress reports, and performance appraisals.
• Approve bi‑weekly payroll and manage budget and financial documents for programs.
• Implement protocols for medical, behavioural, and health and safety issues.
