Our client, a well-established and growing organization in the manufacturing and automation sector, is seeking a Manager, Strategic Sourcing to lead procurement strategy and elevate sourcing into a key driver of enterprise value. Reporting to senior leadership, the Manager, Strategic Sourcing will own enterprise-wide spend strategy while building a disciplined, data-driven procurement function. This role offers the opportunity to modernize sourcing practices, implement robust supplier governance, and lead a capable team in delivering best-in-class procurement outcomes.

· Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations management, business, or related field
· Professional designation such as SCMP preferred
· 7+ years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management within a manufacturing environment
· Proven track record of delivering measurable cost savings and commercial improvements
· Demonstrated experience developing and executing category strategies at scale, including ground up development.
· Strong experience in supplier negotiations, contract management, and supplier performance management
· Demonstrated experience working closely alongside inventory and warehousing teams
· High level of ownership, accountability, and execution discipline
· Comfortable operating in a hands-on, resource-constrained environment
· Strong proficiency in commercial analysis, cost modeling, and supplier management frameworks
· Experience with procurement systems and ERP platforms
