Regional Fertility Program is hiring a part-time Sterile Processing Technicianfor our clinic located in Calgary. This position will primarily work weekdays, 2 days per week.
The Sterile Processing Technician is responsible for the accurate and timely collection, decontamination, sterilization, packaging and delivery of all medical instrumentation and trays within the clinic. They will be responsible for performing work that strictly adheres to sterilization procedures and regulations and will be required to perform quality control through continuous testing and cleaning of all sterilization equipment and instruments. The Sterile Processing Technician will also be tasked with keeping proper documentation of all sterilization procedures and will monitor and order inventory and equipment as needed.
