Job description
Join Rainbow Railroad as the Senior Finance Director, based in Toronto, ON. Lead the finance team in managing resources crucial for LGBTQI+ advocacy and support initiatives. This hybrid role is designed for an innovative finance leader with over 10 years of experience in non-profits. You will develop strategic financial plans, implement compliance measures, and guide your team while enhancing operational efficiency. Your expertise will play a critical role in securing pathways for at-risk LGBTQI+ individuals. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the finance team and support director-level finance needs • Ensure recruitment and ongoing development of finance staff • Develop and adhere to internal financial controls • Oversee financial cycles, including budget forecasting • Provide quarterly financial reports to leadership Requirements: • 10+ years in finance and accounting leadership • Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent • Experience managing $5 to $15 million budgets • Relevant accounting designation or CPA pathway preferred • Advanced skills in QuickBooks and Excel Your leadership and expertise will help empower LGBTQI+ communities through financial strategy at Rainbow Railroad. #J-18808-Ljbffr
