Job description
Take the lead in transforming energy utilities at AECOM as a Vice President. This hybrid position focuses on driving business development and delivering impactful client solutions. As Vice President in AECOM's Canada Advisory team, you will pioneer business development strategies and oversee multiple delivery teams in energy utilities. Your deep expertise in this domain will empower you to serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and engage in high-level industry dialogues. This role requires robust interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to client service and team leadership. Key Responsibilities: • Initiate and lead business development conversations • Execute targeted campaigns to drive growth • Supervise proposal development and compliance measures • Oversee diverse engagement scopes across teams • Foster talent through coaching and mentoring Requirements: • A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience • Successful track record in consulting leadership • Exceptional ability to communicate with C-suite executives • Proven commercial acumen in Energy Utilities sector • Advanced degree in relevant field is a plus Leverage your leadership expertise to guide AECOM’s Energy Utilities practice and make a substantial impact in the industry. #J-18808-Ljbffr
