About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to drive the strategy and delivery of AI-powered products data science models and data platforms supporting Supply Chain this role you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle across agent-based automation predictive modeling and analytics solutions. You will partner with Supply Chain Finance and Technology teams to deliver scalable production-ready products that generate measurable operational and financial impact. This role requires a strong ability to translate complex business problems into clear product strategies and drive execution across cross-functional teams.

What Youll Do

• Own the product vision roadmap and prioritization for AI-driven supply chain products including data science models and automation solutions

• Translate complex operational challenges into product strategies with clear outcomes success metrics and adoption plans

• Lead development and delivery of AI agents copilots recommendation engines and automation solutions from concept through production

• Manage the lifecycle of data science models ensuring production readiness monitoring and performance optimization

• Drive governance and scalability of supply chain data products ensuring data quality accessibility and trust

• Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering data science analytics and platform teams to execute product initiatives

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align products with operational goals and deliver measurable outcomes

• Own product adoption value realization and continuous improvement of delivered solutions

• Other duties may be assigned as needed to meet Company goals.

Minimum Requirements

• Degree or equivalent and typically requires 10 years of relevant experience

• 10 years of product management experience including ownership of AI data analytics or platform products

• 5 years of experience in supply chain logistics manufacturing or operations environments

• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale products in complex cross-functional environments

• Experience managing end-to-end product lifecycle from strategy roadmap and delivery to adoption

• Strong experience working with AI/ML-enabled products data science workflows or analytics platforms

• Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead through cross-functional collaboration

Preferred Skills

• Experience owning products related to automation predictive modeling or real-time analytics

• Experience driving digital transformation or modernization initiatives using AI and data

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills including executive-level presentation

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKessons pay philosophy and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
