- Increase sales for the portfolio for your respective businesses
- Prepare and present business plans to include:Initiate and champion line review process, expand assortmentInitiate and plan account promotional plansMerchandising co-development and executionCo-ordinate divisional channel manager activitiesBuild out and plan ecommerce strategy
- Responsible for account P&L measurements, including:Top line salesStandard marginWarrantyControllable expenses
- Co-op and VR negotiations
- Lead purposeful meetings with Account key contact, drive POS & Shipments
- Fine Mitigation
- Partnership with Channel Manager to execute business plan
- Forecasting ownership (unit detail/sales call reconciliation)
- Track and analyze POS results
- Liaise with corresponding U.S. Sales Teams
- College or University graduate with degree or diploma in Business or another relevant field of study
- 5+ years’ experience in Sales/Marketing with a record of demonstrated achievement and leadership, strong team player
- Creativity and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Excellent selling and negotiation skills
- Understanding of financial concepts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-Motivated with the ability to work well independently
- Strong organizational and time management/multi-tasking skills
- Computer proficient in Word, Excel, Power Automate, Power Point, and Outlook
- Anticipated compensation for this role is $70,000-$85,000 in annual base salary. Salary is based on market location, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to receive a discretionary sales incentive bonus which at target is equal to 25% of salary. All bonuses are subject to plan terms and are based on the achievement of defined objectives. Bonuses are not guaranteed.
