Job description

Our energy and utilities client is seeking an Intermediate Salesforce Administrator/Consultant (5–8 Years) to configure, optimize, and administer Salesforce CRM solutions

Join a hybrid technical team supporting enterprise-level Salesforce environments across core business units. This role drives end-to-end CRM enhancement and data integrity within a major technology modernization project. The position offers the opportunity to design, optimize, and maintain advanced Salesforce functionality across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud domains.

Contract, Calgary or Edmonton, Hybrid, Working Hours: MST

Must Haves

  • 5–8 years of Salesforce administration experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL/SOSL queries
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs and integrations using REST/SOAP services
  • Hands-on use of DataLoader, DemandTools, Developer Console, and SF Inspector for data management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field plus at least one Salesforce certification (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Business Analyst, or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant)

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Salesforce Cloud solutions including B2B Commerce, CPQ Revenue Cloud, or Marketing Cloud
  • Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools and JIRA for project management

Responsibilities

  • Build, configure, and deploy Salesforce components including validations, flows, and assignment rules
  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable CRM solutions
  • Perform unit and QA testing to validate functionality and ensure system stability
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve operational issues while optimizing system performance
  • Maintain user access controls and apply Salesforce security best practices
  • Document system configurations and provide technical guidance or training on new features
  • Stay updated on new Salesforce releases and recommend improvements to enhance organizational usage
