Job description
Become the watch ambassador at Bucherer 1888, focusing on superior service and client relations. Elevate sales and educate your team in the art of watch retailing. As the Manager of the Watch Department, you will oversee all aspects of Bucherer 1888’s watch business. You will partner closely with the Store Director and brand representatives to drive sales and enhance customer experience. The role requires a strategic leader capable of motivating your team while utilizing effective client relationship management. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the development of key watch brands • Coordinate daily inventory control and upkeep • Coach Client Advisors for optimal customer engagement • Develop activations and plans to surpass targets • Conduct regular communication with management about potential events Requirements: • Experience of 5-8+ years in luxury retail • 2-3 years in a management capacity • Proven track record in luxury market sales • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills • Availability for a flexible work schedule Your leadership in the watch department will help shape the client experience at Bucherer 1888. #J-18808-Ljbffr
