Job Description

In this dynamic role, the Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for assembling, installing, repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electronic components and systems. The position demands flexibility and adaptability as tasks and responsibilities may evolve to align with operational and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, repair, and maintain electronic components and systems.
• Document inspection results and report any anomalies.
• Assist senior technicians in troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and calibration of inspection tools.
• Interpret drawings, training manuals, and instructions to perform duties.
• Conduct final inspections and prepare finished products for shipping.
• Assist in inspecting, testing, adjusting, and evaluating incoming electrical, electro-mechanical, and electronic components to ensure they meet product specifications and tolerances.

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of experience in electronic assembly.
• 2+ years of experience in electronic troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in assembly, troubleshooting, electronic assembly, functional testing, inspection, PCB, soldering, blueprint reading, and schematic interpretation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working in a clean room environment is considered an asset.
• Experience in a highly customized environment.

Work Environment

The work environment is more of a lab setting than a traditional manufacturing facility, classified as Clean Room level 100 and climate controlled. Employees are required to wear full protective garb, including a hairnet, veil covering the nose and mouth area, and a full suit covering from head to toe. The work schedule is from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
