Roles & Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking a leading business lawyer to join our team of motivated entrepreneurial professionals.
As a skilled business lawyer you would join a small capable group working with clients from startups to multinational corporations.
This critical role in Langford Laws continued success and growth would be accountable for:

Experience
Minimum of 5 years but preferably 10 years of experience as a business lawyer focused on corporate and commercial law. Practice areas could include mergers and acquisitions capital markets financial services commercial transactions commercial real estate tax or other areas. Expectations include:
