Job description
Become a crucial part of InnVest Hotels as a Property Maintenance Worker. Your skills in maintenance, repairs, and safety compliance will help us uphold our reputation for excellence.

In this role, you will handle diverse tasks from painting to minor electrical repairs, ensuring that our hotels' interiors and exteriors remain attractive and functional. With a focus on safety and quality, your contributions will directly impact guest experiences across a range of hotel brands in Canada. A commitment to collaboration and service is essential in this dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities: • Perform preventative maintenance checks and repairs • Paint and renovate surfaces throughout the property • Manage snow removal and landscaping tasks • Inspect and maintain fire and safety systems • Keep records of maintenance activities and contractor engagements

Requirements: • High school diploma • 1-3 years maintenance experience, hotel preference • Basic skills in plumbing and electrical work • Excellent customer service skills needed • Must be able to lift 50lbs and have personal transportation
