Job description
Take on a rewarding role as an ABA Instructor Therapist with Side by Side Therapy, focusing on children with Autism in the Durham Region and Greater Toronto Area. Offer individualized support using ABA techniques in various settings. This part-time position requires implementing tailored ABA strategies under the guidance of a Senior Therapist. Maintaining communication with families and documenting client progress is crucial. Enjoy a flexible schedule while working collaboratively with a dedicated team of professionals. Key Responsibilities: • Implement individualized ABA programming as directed • Provide direct support in clients’ homes or community • Accurately record and graph client data • Document client progress consistently • Maintain communication with the Senior Therapist and BCBA team Requirements: • Minimum of 6 months ABA experience • College diploma or university degree in a relevant area • Valid Ontario Driver’s License and personal transportation • RBT cert or pursuing it is beneficial • Strong organizational and communication abilities Support children and families while developing your career in ABA therapy with Side by Side Therapy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
