Job description
Make a lasting impact as a Temporary Full-Time Clinical Therapist with Kerry’s Place. Support youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder through comprehensive behavioral interventions and family training.

In this integral role, your focus will be on delivering quality clinical services while adhering to the professional standards set by the College of Psychologists & Behaviour Analysts of Ontario. Collaborate with families, educators, and multi-disciplinary teams to enhance educational and community integration for children and youth with ASD. Flexibility is key, as the position requires 37.5 hours of work per week across various shifts including evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain positive relationships with families and partners • Implement function-based intervention procedures using ABA principles • Conduct risk assessments and manage behavior support plans • Provide direct 1:1 or small group teaching sessions • Record assessments and prepare data summaries

Requirements: • Degree or diploma in Applied Behaviour Analysis or related field • 1+ year experience in a clinical multidisciplinary team • Knowledge of evidence-based treatment models • Valid Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle • Ability to complete Non-Violent Crisis Intervention training
