Join RBC Borealis as the AI Program Management Director, overseeing innovative AI strategies that directly impact the bank's operations. This role blends research leadership with strategic program execution. As a director, you will be pivotal in delivering AI solutions that drive transformative change within RBC. Your team will focus on ensuring alignment between innovative research and practical applications, while you manage project execution with best practices. Strong communication skills will be essential for engaging with senior leaders and translating complex concepts into actionable insights.
