Responsibilities

Operate and monitor advanced packaging equipment, including robotics, filling machines, case packers, and industrial labelers.

Safely operate forklifts and powered pallet jacks to move heavy materials and finished goods throughout the manufacturing & logistics facility.

Perform manual heavy lifting of up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift to keep production lines supplied.

Conduct routine quality checks on packaged goods to ensure they meet strict industrial standards.

Maintain accurate production logs and equipment reports to assist the manufacturing & logistics management team.

Troubleshooting minor mechanical issues on the packaging line to minimize downtime.

Adhere to a 2-week rotating shift schedule, ensuring seamless handovers between day, afternoon, and night teams.

Keep the work area clean and hazard-free, following all internal health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a Heavy General Labour or industrial environment.

Familiarity with operating automated machinery or robotics in a manufacturing & logistics setting.

Valid certification or significant experience operating forklifts and powered pallet jacks.

Physical capability to manage repetitive heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long durations.

High level of mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn new software and equipment quickly.

Strong time‑management skills and the ability to work effectively during night and afternoon rotations.
