Job description
Elevate your engineering career with HH Angus as a Mechanical Manager. Influence tenant fit-out and renovation projects across our diverse commercial portfolio while utilizing your mechanical expertise and leadership skills.

In this leadership role, you will mentor a team of engineers and guide them in delivering high-quality mechanical designs. Your strong people management and project oversight skills will play a pivotal role in ensuring that projects align with client expectations and are completed efficiently. Adaptability and an eagerness to solve complex challenges are key to your success.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead and mentor a team of up to 4 engineers and designers • Communicate skillset and resource needs to senior management • Manage staffing for projects directly and via Project Managers • Act as a primary relationship manager for key clients • Monitor project statuses to ensure timely delivery

Requirements: • Degree in Mechanical Engineering • Minimum 10 years of engineering consulting experience • P.Eng with PEO certification • Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit • Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
