Job description
Lead payroll processes with CPUS Engineering as a Senior Pay Process, System, and Tax Analyst in Oshawa. This onsite role demands robust knowledge in payroll systems and compliance. You will optimize pay systems through analytical oversight and coordination of complex payroll-related functions. Your role includes ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, conducting thorough system tests, and collaborating with Pay Services analysts to achieve operational excellence. Stakeholder engagement is crucial as you represent Pay Services in various interactions. Key Responsibilities: • Manage scheduling and operations of pay processes • Conduct comprehensive payroll system testing • Ensure accurate year-end tax processing • Communicate with auditors and other agencies • Lead teams and train payroll analysts effectively Requirements: • At least two years in payroll and analytics • Familiarity with federal and provincial tax regulations • Experience with payroll processing and analytics • Detail-driven with high analytical proficiency • Certification in PCP essential Bring your expertise in payroll systems and analytical acuity to this key role making a difference in our operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
