Join Electronic Arts as a Senior Director of AI Development, where you will lead a global team to innovate and enhance player experiences in live service titles. As the Senior Director, you will oversee the development of AI-powered features in collaboration with diverse experts at EA. Your extensive project management background (12+ years) and leadership skills (8+ years managing teams) will be crucial in ensuring successful delivery of high-impact projects. You will inspire your team while coaching them towards their professional growth and creativity. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate on strategy with Senior Director Data Science and Product • Ensure project budgets and timelines are adhered to • Encourage innovative thinking within the team • Cultivate a collaborative and open work environment • Focus on developing team members’ career paths Requirements: • 12+ years of project management experience • Experience leading large software projects with multi-million dollar budgets • Strong leadership with an ability to motivate teams • Proficient in software development processes and risk evaluation • Background in data, analytics, or AI projects preferred Lead transformative AI initiatives at Electronic Arts, enhancing player engagement and experience in the gaming world. #J-18808-Ljbffr
