Job description
Become a key member of The Drake's hospitality team as a Bartender specializing in events. Leverage your skills to deliver world-class service while managing high-volume demands.

In this exciting role, you'll need at least three years of relevant bartending experience. Your responsibilities will include mixing drinks, maintaining inventory, and overseeing bar operations. Support and lead barbacks, and ensure seamless service during private and corporate events, embodying The Drake's commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities: • Ensure guests enjoy an exceptional bar experience • Mix drinks accurately following established recipes • Manage bar operations, including POS and cleanliness • Count and oversee beverages and supplies inventory • Assist and coach barbacks for smooth operation

Requirements: • Minimum of 3 years experience in fast-paced bars • Comprehensive knowledge of beverage offerings • Genuine passion for excellent customer service • Familiarity with current cocktail trends • Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends
