Job description
Become a Customer Assistance Specialist at RONA and help our shoppers every day. Engage with customers to create valuable shopping experiences and support store operations.

RONA is eager to welcome new talent to enhance customer interactions. As part of this role, you will assist with product loading, support customer inquiries, and ensure effective store processes. Your daily efforts will make a significant difference in client satisfaction and community involvement.

Key Responsibilities: • Greet each customer warmly as they enter • Aid customers in loading their purchases into vehicles • Bring carts in and collect them from the parking lot • Collaborate with customer service and checkout areas • Return merchandise to its rightful spot promptly

Requirements: • Strong focus on customer service skills is vital • Capable of working independently in a busy setting • Familiarity with store policies and health guidelines • Adaptability to assist with various tasks • Commitment to a safe working environment
