Job description
Enhance your leadership career as a Machine Shop Supervisor at the Metal Business Unit. Lead a dynamic team while enforcing safety and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

In this supervisory role, you'll oversee the Holder Department, ensuring that safety and quality metrics are met. Your strategic communication across departments will be pivotal in fulfilling production schedules while managing machining needs. You'll focus on training and developing your team, facilitating problem-solving, and optimizing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities: • Enforce safety and hygiene standards consistently • Ensure quality benchmarks are achieved consistently • Facilitate production fulfillment through departmental communication • Manage production priorities and resource allocation • Train and coach department staff for peak performance

Requirements: • College diploma in machining or 429A Certificate • 4+ years of machining experience required • Knowledge of CNC and manual machining • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems • Strong communication and time management skills
