Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $70,000-$80,000 (depending on exp)

Responsibilities:- Support executive priorities, communication, and operations
- Manage listings, transactions, and real estate files
- Maintain CRM systems and improve workflows
- Support marketing, branding, and content coordination
- Track key business metrics and reporting
- Act as a liaison for clients, vendors, and the team
Qualifications:- 3+ years in executive support or operations
- Real Estate License required
- CRM and tech-savvy (systems + tools)
- Marketing experience (branding or design an asset)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel required
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
