Collect and understand the business context, business needs and the impact of requests on the Ministry's processes;
Translate needs into measurable indicators and reports/dashboards;
Set up Salesforce reports;
Create executive dashboards (filtering, segmentation, drill-down);
Implement controls, validation rules, monitoring of anomalies;
Define KPIs and document them;
Train users to read and interpret the indicators;
Participate in the optimization of processes;
Prepare management reports for business sectors;
Document operational procedures and guides; Build datasets, KPIs, visualizations, metrics.
What you must have:
Have a minimum of three years of experience in data analysis (BI, reporting, KPis);
Have one year of experience specifically on Salesforce (reports, dashboards, objects);
Have completed at least two mandates with the creation of executive dashboards and KPI governance.
