Job description
Elevate your career with Trane Canada as a Bid Coordinator, focusing on project proposals within HVAC and construction. This hybrid role offers on-site work Monday to Thursday, and flexibility on Fridays.

As a Bid Coordinator, you'll collaborate with Customers, Account Managers, and the Estimating team to ensure timely proposal submissions. This critical position directly impacts project wins and teamwork. Your role will involve coordinating, reviewing bid documents, and managing input from multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate bid and proposal package submissions • Review RFPs, RFQs, and customer bid documents • Collaborate with sales and estimators for accurate information • Maintain bid schedules and checklists on Salesforce • Support post-bid follow-ups to complete the process

Requirements: • Experience in HVAC, construction, or industrial sales • Familiarity with Salesforce and bid management tools • Proven skills in bid coordination and proposal support • Strong organizational and communication abilities • High attention to detail in managing tasks
