About the Role

In this role you will create and lead a collaborative team environment that fosters growth engagement and exceptional client experiences. Youll use your empathy and problem-solving skills to swiftly resolve any issues ensuring smooth operations and happy clients. Your day-to-day will involve striving for operational excellence managing team schedules and supporting talent acquisition efforts by sourcing Locum DVMs and RVTs as needed. Youll provide onboarding and coaching to new team members conduct annual reviews and offer feedback and support to help your team grow.
Youll also manage inventory budgets and all financial aspects of the practice. Youll also make a splash on social media shouting about all the great things your team is inspiring and doing.
