Leading Edge Associates (LEA) is a Canadian leader in Lean and Six Sigma training, certification, and operational excellence, partnering with healthcare systems, municipalities, and industry to build capability at every level of an organization. With over 20 years of experience, we're adding new training programs and consultancy services to meet increasing demand across Canada.
The Role
The Marketing & Design Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day execution of LEA's marketing and design work. You will produce the visual collateral that powers our proposals, training programs, and partner channels; manage our digital marketing platforms; and serve as the operational touchpoint with our cohort partners and our paid media agency.
This is a hands-on execution role. Strategy is owned by the VP North America. You will work alongside an existing external marketing agency partner and a part-time senior marketing advisor.

Works closely with: Part-time Marketing Advisor; external paid media agency
