In this role, you will:Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:
• Post-secondary degree in Computer Science or in a relevant field of study.
• 5 years IT experience in a highly regulated, global financial institution
• Expert knowledge in operating and supporting Windows Client Operating Systems in an AD environment
• Advanced knowledge and good experience with End User Computing and system management tools such as Intune/SCCM
• Advanced understanding of Enterprise Desktop management practices and techniques
• Good understanding of ITIL framework
