Join our dynamic Regional Digital Health Team as Systems Administrator, a key role focused on transforming and enhancing our digital services and optimizing RVH’s operations. As Systems Administrator, you will be at the forefront of leveraging low-code application development and workflow automation to streamline processes and optimize the use of Microsoft’s M365 suite of applications.
Qualifications
Education
- 3-year college diploma or University degree in Computer Sciences, Software Engineering, or related program
Certifications (Preferred)
- ITIL V4 Foundations
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Power Automate RPA Developer Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
- Data Management for Clinical Research (RedCAP)
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience working within the Microsoft Power Platform, including the development of Low-Code applications, building out automated workflows and Power Virtual Agents
- Extensive background working within the Microsoft 365 suite.
- Experience supporting a hybrid of both cloud and on-prem infrastructure and services.
- Experience building out workflow automation through REDCap Clinical Research platform (Preferred)
- Experience in customizing SharePoint Lists and libraries, incorporating related apps to create workflows
- Solid understanding of relational databases, and integrating SQL Server data sets.
- Experience building interactive reporting capabilities within the Microsoft PowerBI platform.
- 3-5 years of experience with various scripting languages.
- 3-5 years of experience supporting web based applications, including MySQL, Apache, and PHP.

Responsibilities
Low-Code Application Development: Utilize your expertise in Power Apps to design and develop customized applications that address specific healthcare workflow needs, enhancing efficiency and user experience.
Workflow Automation: Implement robust automation solutions using Power Automate to streamline and optimize operational workflows across the organization. This includes integrating services seamlessly within the Microsoft 365 suite, such as Exchange, Teams, PowerBI, SharePoint, and more.
Microsoft 365 Suite Support: Serve as a subject matter expert in supporting and enhancing the Microsoft 365 suite of applications, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with organizational goals.
Digital Assistant Deployment: Take the lead in deploying Digital Assistants to enhance user interactions and provide intelligent, automated support within various healthcare scenarios.
Research and Education: Focus on the support and optimization of the RedCap Clinical Research platform, exploring its potential as a workflow automation service for appropriate use cases. Collaborate with the research and education team to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions leveraging RedCap's capabilities.
